Started competing with wakeboarding in 2001

Why did you start you sport?
Waterski background shifted to wakeboarding once I realized how much cooler it was than skiing

I’ve competing all over the USA, Germany, Sweden, China, Korea, and Canada.

Most memorable story?
Most memorable story is my experience in Korea winning the World Champs in 2009!!

Hobbies are teaching, guitar/singing, other sports, networking, partying

Superstitions?
I’m not very superstitious but I do weird things with the water, like certain bodies of water freak me out and certain bodies of water get me pumped to shred!

Most influence on your riding?
Derek Cook has influenced my riding a lot over the last year, and Robert Soven.

Most admired in sport?
Shaun Murray

Why?
I admire Shaun Murray because of what all he’s done with the sport of wakeboarding and the way he’s become an ambassador of the sport. He’s been cool and talented, yet wholesome and humble at the same time. He sets a good example for other people.
